A: cloudy but not over the top, nice small bubble white head
S: medium nose, some acidity, funk but mild
T: very nice beer, well-balanced but tart forward, not a saison for my taste
F: tart but not so characteristic of American sour bombs
O: good beer, but didn't remind me of a saison

Semi-clear golden body with a white ring and lacing. Smell has those skunky azacca hops with lemon, funk, brett, and slight oak. Taste is much brighter, with decent belgian yeast and sour oak that is mostly missed in smell, with the slight hop twinge in the middle, huge lemon with some sour pucker, crusty bread, brett, and barrel funk. Feel is funky, with plenty of sour oak up front a middle with decent hops, and a finish that is sneaky bready and rustic.

Poured from a 500ml bottle into my hacienda labeled wine style glass.
Beautiful poor. Nice hazy golden color with a rocky white 1 finger head that sticks around.
Smell is lemony and a little funky
Flavor is mild tart with lemon and some funk along with some of the wood ones coming thru from the barrel. Mouthfeel is thin which makes it very drinkable. I could have a few glasses for sure. Great mixes ferm from these guys. This is an underrated brewery and style.
Cheers Hacienda
