Bright golden orange, insane amount of carb and Belgian-style lacing.
It just coats the glass. Lasting retention, very persistent carb.
Oaky and minerally aroma, a slight musty dishrag smell that fades away quickly.
Tastes like lemon lime sweet-tarts. Oaky and dry in the aftertaste, tart citrus up front. A little thin and seltzery. Light bodied and crisp, moderately acidic, tiny bit of sweetness up front that fades after a second or two.
Overall this is pretty good, but a little oversimplified. I think I prefer L’Ete in the series.
