Dinosaur Chaps aged in hand selected Knob Creek and Buffalo Trace Barrels for over nine months. Then blended and aged again on Cinnamon, Marshmallow and Vanilla for a pastry stout that isn't cloyingly sweet or mutes all the great barrel features.
