By the airport…this is the areas OG purveyor of quality juicy cans, sours and stouts..

High ceiling, one large room, pleasant, well lit and with a modern feel.

Gotta go kinda place if in Orlando area. No food, but yes food trucks on weekends.

Multiple quality drafts, crowlers, growlers and of course quality cans to go. I picked up cans of Milk District NEIPA. Great stuff. Friendly bartender is always appreciated.

Very worthy …. Make sure to put it on your list.h

Located in an industrial area, they are situated at the end of a series of store fronts, very clean, very basic, and the same you find when you go inside. Speaking of the inside, it is large and spacious, plenty of seating around with a modestly sized bar to anchor the interior.

Their beers on this night ranged from pale ales, to IPAs, to pilsners, to what I like to call the "dark arts" - porters and stouts. I had one of their IPAs and a their Russian imperial stout, both were very tasty.

Service was friendly and super personable. On this Wednesday evening things were slow so we were able to jaw with the bartender, who was very entertaining, quite a bit. Definitely worth the stop if you're in the area.

Went on a weekday afternoon when visiting a friend in Orlando, so maybe my review is skewed from others as there were six people in the place (that counts three people working there). Was able to relax in the lounge they have (the lounge being some couches and video game setup) while decompressing from a long drive. Bartender was nice and quick (she didn't have much else to do) and I didn't ask any questions about beer. The two beers I had were really good, and this place will probably become a popular brewery around Florida if it's not already (I've seen one place in Tampa that has their stuff on tap). Look forward to going back sometime to try more beers.

Been there twice fantastic beer but both times bar service was very unfriendly. To bad good brew won't be back. To many great Breweries in Florida to deal with attitudes.

Fun spot. Right by the airport. Good selection of varied styles. Lots of New England style IPA's. Have many options for serving size including flights. Had cans available for purchase retail as well as swag including shirts/glassware.
Server was friendly and helpful. Great place to stop when in Orlando!

This is a rather isolated brewery out in the middle of industrial park nowhere land, near the Orlando airport. The interior space is huge and can accommodate many different parties; there are small tables, high tops, some lounge seats and couches as well the bar top. The beer selection was pretty well stacked with stouts and some IPA's but a few session-able beers were also available such as a light Pilsner or a roasty brown ale. While I was finishing my 13.3% Russian Imperial stout the menu board changed and 3 new beers were added at 4pm, so they have plenty of options (just no sours or Berliner weisse beers today). The music playing was 90's grunge rock, my favorite and the TV had some irrelevant sports thing and or some day time TV series that no one watches. Being so near the airport you get a ton of tourists and "beer bro's" visiting for a quick drink so the bar was pretty packed for a Thursday afternoon. You wont be sad if you happen to visit this brewery; its pretty much the coolest in Orlando. Bottle and can drops on Saturdays always sell out quick.

Ellipsis Brewery Review

I went to Ellipsis during a work trip to Orlando. Flew down on a Sunday and a spent a couple hours there during the afternoon with a fellow BA and some of his friends. It was about a 10 minute cab ride max from the airport.

The vibe is on the industrial side, open space, high ceiling. The interior is rather generic. Large, open square space with a lot of tables and chairs, as well as tool seating at the bar. A diverse mix of people. One “older couple” probably in their 50’s, another fellow of roughly the same age with his two sons/friend in their early 20’s, some folks my age in their mid - early thirties and a table of beer geeks having a share (which I was fortunate enough to join.). No onsite food other than various flavored popcorns, which it was explained to me is a local product that distributes to breweries, among other places too. You can have food delivered.

The quality of the beer was very good to world class in my opinion. I started out with a NE style IPA called Random Hop Generator 2: The Wrath of Hops. This was described to me as a series of IPA’s made with “whatever hops are laying around.” This one was Cashmere, Mosaic, Azacca, and Columbus. It was a very good NEIPA. Not trying to hard (overly yeasty, overly treated water, etc) and was just light, drinkable and very flavorful. I also had a lager that was a very good style representation. Next I had a Berliner, When Life Gives Ya Limes: Cherry, a 3.8% fruited Berliner that was, crisp, clean and flavorful. Lastly, I had a beer leftover from their 1 anniversary party the week before: Highly Doubtful, their Imperial Stout with Coffee, Vanilla, Coldbrew coffee, dark chocolate and cane sugar. Hugely flavorful, easily drinkable, and tasteful while retaining its base stout qualities.

The service was excellent. Two fellows behind the bar who were accommodating, attentive, extremely knowledgeable of the product being served, and nice.

The selection was very good. The focus seemed to be IPA of the New England sort, but the menu also included stouts, at least one lager, a fruited Berliner. I don’t remember what else they had.

Visited mid afternoon but you could still tell there was a good feeling to the place. Very high ceiling that gives the place a "big " feel. Plenty of tables and seats at the bar. Tried several beers as part of a flight and they were all top notch. The bartender was enthusiastic and knowledgeable and happily answered questions on top of being a great bartender. Over a dozen beers available. To go available in 32 and 64 ounce growlers as well as 32 ounce crowlers. Definitely will be returning to try the ones I missed.

Ellipsis Brewing has been touted as the best brewery in Orlando, Florida and I don't disagree with that.

They've got a large, high ceilinged open space for their tasting room, and 16 beers on tap.

It's nicely designed, although a bit sparse. The real thing that makes a tasting room work, however, is the beer and the bartenders, and they've got those covered.

I found a lot of IPAs on tap, quite a few of which are NEIPAs or NEAPAs, but they've also got some sours, saisons, pilsners, and porters.

It's close to the airport, and also the Castle Church Brewing Community. I'd certainly recommend a stop if possible.

Let me start by saying these guys are new so I believe they will get the Vibe better as they mature. I dropped off some family members at the Orlando International Airport and decided to check them out before I headed home since they are within a few miles. Finding the place without GPS and/or GOOGLE Maps I think would be impossible but once I did I was happy to be there. The decor is industrial with some crazy blue walls. The staff is friendly and the beer is excellent. Beer lists were not accurate when I arrived but they were changed and appeared to actually reflect what they were offering by the time I left. If you like IPA's this place is a must. I am not a huge IPA fan but took 3 Crowlers and a couple 4 packs of 16 OZ cans to go. Great NEIPA offerings and the peanut butter and jelly beer was good but could have used a little more carbonation. These guys may be the new Funky Buddha if they keep it up. Definitely will be back and I wish them the best.
