Pours a cloudy, opaque, brilliant blue color. Thin weak, blue head forms on the beer and instantly dissipates. No residual head remains. Aroma is blue raspberry - sweet and a bit tart. Taste follows the nose with notes of, well, blue raspberry. It is quite sweet, and the can notes the addition of marshmallow, which I can see as there is a slight vanilla note to the beer. Feel is actually pretty light and is rather refreshing. It is kind of like drinking some kind of blue raspberry kool aid. Overall its a nice modern pastry sour.
