473 mL can from the LCBO; dated Oct 6 2020 and served slightly chilled.

Pours a foggy peach colour, topped with half a finger of frothy off white-tinted head that vanishes within a minute or two. The surface is left rather barren - a tight collar is the only remnant, with no lace or cap to speak of. It smells of grainy, crackery pale malts, mixed together with watered-down raspberry and cranberry juices; hints of lemon yogurt and grassy hops. I like what's there - if only they'd have given me some more of it!

Not a bad little sour - it's rather tart, which should not be shocking from a beer made with both raspberries and cranberries. The former are more prominent at the front end, along with a crackery pale malt backbone and lots of lemony tartness; the cranberries are more of a presence at the finish, with that astringency of theirs lingering faintly into the aftertaste and drying off the tongue, not unlike an actual sip of cranberry juice. Light in body, with assertive carbonation and a prickly, crisp mouthfeel - it's pretty refreshing, and not at all a challenge to toss back quickly.

Final Grade: 3.70, a B grade. Trestle's No Signal is a perfectly acceptable kettle sour, particularly if you have an appreciation for raspberries in your beer. Generally speaking, I'm not even a fan of cranberry juice, but their characteristic astringency complements the rest of this beer's profile rather nicely, indeed. It's not especially sour either, so folks who are wary of 'sours' can still take this one under consideration and potentially enjoy the experience. With cranberry beers being somewhat uncommon, this is something I'll likely return to in the future.
