Lagered for 8 weeks, this is an easy-drinking beer with a pilsner malt base that allows the focus to be on the noble hop flavours. Clean & crisp with a spicy bitterness throughout with herbaceous hop aromas from Sterling, Saaz and Tettnanger hops.

All around nice beer little too sweet for a Pilsner in my opinion. Nice complex taste sweet malty bit of fruit. Wish it was tadmore dry and balanced

I bought a couple of cans at the LCBO in Ontario Canada 473ml at 5%
Very clear
Poured into glass with a 1 finger head leaving a lace as you drink it
Lots of sweet flavors with a medium spicy bitterness level
Easy to drink feels lighter then 5% maybe 4.5% like a light beer
Cheers

473 mL can from the LCBO; dated Sep 26 2023 and served slightly chilled.
Pours clear pale straw yellow, kicking up half an inch of foamy white head that vanishes within a couple of minutes; a frothy collar and filmy cap live on, with a narrow ring of lace clinging to the glass. Meek aroma of grainy malts, brown bread and very light cereal sweetness; maybe a suggestion of grassy, spicy hops.
It tastes ok: along the lines of the aroma, I'm getting flavours of grainy pale malts and whole grain bread, with mild noble hop flavours developing on the back end. Herbal, grassy and a little spicy, with graininess lasting through the finish; the aftertaste is mildly herbal and grainy-sweet - those noble hops are this brew's saving grace. Light in body, with moderate carbonation that provides a proper, crisp bite to this pilsner's smooth mouthfeel. Great drinkability; a thoroughly average Canadian pils.
Final Grade: 3.41, a B-. Trestle's Arrow Pilsner exhibits no crippling flaws, but the whole experience just felt a tad bit lacklustre from start to finish. As a generic craft lager, it's honestly not that bad - rather, its most damning feature is that it's a mediocre pils, a pale imitation of the real German article. Oh, and it costs slightly more than the real article, too. I wouldn't discourage other BAs from trying this, but it's not a brew I plan to revisit regularly.
