Roggenwolf is a rich, intense brew with deep roasted and full bodied flavor. It’s a big imperial stout brewed with enormous amounts of two-row malt, chocolate malt, chocolate rye malt, roasted barley, flaked oats and hops. We then blended it with cold brew coffee from our neighbors @ Zekraft. His coffee is aged in retired bourbon barrels from some of the most heralded distilleries in Kentucky. Incredibly silky and full-bodied with notes of vanilla, cocoa, roasted coffee, brown sugar and charred oak. This immensely viscous stout is loaded with flavors of chocolate and coffee. The Roggenwolf is a mythical German field spirit shaped as a wolf. The Roggenwolf steals children and feeds on them.
