Served on tap in a 12 oz (355 ml) footed Pilsner glass at Growlers in Tuckahoe, NY.
A: Pour a cloudy, yellow color with a one finger white head, cap and rim retention, but fairly limited lacing.
S: A touch tangy with aromas of lemon, cantaloupe, caramel, wet hay, and cloves.
T: Semisweet. Palate largely follows the nose, although lemon and spice more represented. Very light bitterness.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: A delicious and very crunchable take on the Saison style.
