Brewed with flaked oats, flaked wheat and a touch of Vienna malt. Hopped with Loral and Crystal and fermented with our house saison yeast.

A: Pale orange or golden in color. Finger of snowy head. Decent retention. No lacing. Quite effervescent.
S: Ever walk through a fruit orchard during the early morning? Especially when some fruit has already fallen to the ground, and is coated in a soft dew. Very easy going floral-grassy-woody notes. Hints of cinnamon bark and pepper.
M: Nicely attenuated. Dry beginning and finish although there's quite a tumid creaminess.
T: The type of orchard becomes clearer. Mildly sweet shiro plum and sprightly sweet apricot. Orange+clove spice. Toasted malt.
