Appearance: Clear, brilliant gold. Fluffy white head with moderate retention.

Aroma: Bready and floral

Flavor: Bready, spicy, semi-sweet, moderate bitterness

Mouthfeel: Soft and medium bodied. Crisp dry finish.

Overall: Very good representation of Northern German Pils. Floral and bready. Gives an impression of sweetness at first but is semi-dry and dry at the finish. Perfect clean snappy bitterness for the style. Pours to a beautiful clear brilliant gold. Head retention is moderate but does not detract from the clean refreshing profile of the beer. Top notch brewery.

Smell: Grassy with a hint of lemon

Taste: Crisp and clean with a grassy hop bitterness building; a hint of lemon

Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate carbonation

Overall: Zillicoah kills it with lagers and this is another fine example

Purchased draft at the brewery in a tall mug served cold. Beautiful bright yellow in color with nearly white head. Good retention, minimal lacing. The aroma is malty with the afternoon breeze making it tough to appreciate. The taste is semisweet pale malt with strong noble hop bitterness. The mouthfeel is thin to medium bodied with average carbonation and a dry finish. Overall, very good, very clean German pilsner.
