Had on tap. Blackish brown opaque body, full two fingers of tan foam, trace patches of lacing. Roasted malt, toast, german yeast, and cocoa dusting make up the aroma bouquet. Taste is more on the roasted end of the dunkel paradigm, yeast is fainter, but the roasted and toasty malt stars. Feel is medium bodied, malty, frothy on the finish, and moederately smooth. Solid dunkel all around.
