Simplicity is the ultimate form of sophistication. This phrase is the foundation that Zillicoah was built upon and a law by which Pilsner lives. The various malt, hop and yeast combinations take seemingly similar recipes and show the great depths of subtlety. This soft, doughy, white bread base allows the herbal, peppery, lemon zest of Hallertau Mittelfruh hopped to express fully in this lager.

On tap. White head. Lace. Clear golden yellow.
Excellent pils. Grassy, zesty, earthy, floral. Biscuit and crackers. Malty with a nice clean bitter finish. Soft and smooth. Great feel to it.
