Appearance: Clear straw gold, fluffy white head with good retention.
Aroma: Grassy and slightly floral with a hint of grains
Flavor: Herbal, spicy, low sweetness. Moderate bitterness
Mouthfeel: Soft, drying with a prickly carbonation on the back end. Bitterness lingers into the finish.
Overall: This is a beer from a collection of NC beers my friend @carolinacardinals brought me in a swap. This is crisp and clean. Herbal and floral in hops. Has a slight but pleasant graininess to the malt bill. Bitterness is moderate but not offensive. Mouthfeel is soft and drying at the finish. Bitterness lingers into the finish. My first impression of this beer, weeks ago was it was too bitter. But 2nd time around reveal a clean, snappy bitterness that appropriate for the style. A very well crafted CAP.

Picked up a 12 oz single from the Hot Spot gas station on Brevard Road (NC-191) on 12-5-25 for $3.79. Canned 10-20-25; consumed 2-15-25. Cold stored since purchase.
Beer poured clear gold with a very nice white head that is leaving lacing behind.
Nose has notes of fresh malted barley and floral hops.
Taste is a light but flavorful malt base that gives me notes of crackers with a wee bit of corn sweetness. Hopping brings a nice black pepper flavor and zing on the back end; 7/10 on my bitterness scale.
Mouthfeel is light bodied, and very crisp and refreshing.
Overall, this is exactly what i want out of a pre-pro pilsner!

Draft pour at the brewery served cold in a mug 4.5% ABV. The beer pours bright light yellow in color with nearly white head. The aroma is mild with pale malt and floral hops. The taste is bittersweet pale malt and sweet corn before a significant floral hop bouquet. Medium bitterness. The feel is thin bodied with average carbonation and a mostly dry finish. Cleanly lagered. Overall, delicious and refreshing AAL.
