Appearance: Clear straw gold, fluffy white head good retention

Aroma: cracker-like malt, herbal hops.

Flavor: Grainy malt, spicy, herbal and grassy hops. Moderate bitterness.

Mouthfeel: Light bodied, dry.

Overall: Nice low abv Bohemian style pilsner. Grainy malt on the front end followed by spicy/herbal/grassy hops. A pretty prominent bitterness kicks in at the end and lingers well past the finish. Clean, crisp, and refreshing. Spot on for the style

Picked up a four-pack at the Zillicoah Taproom cooler in Woodfin on 2-20-26 for $14. Canned 2-17-26; consumed the first can 2-22-26.

Beer poured very clear and light pale gold with a smaller white head that has some hang time.

Nose has notes of white crackers and herbal hops.

Taste is giving me some sweetgrass, white crackers, and lemon up front with a better than balancing black pepper hop; 7/10 on my bitterness scale.

Mouthfeel is light bodied, very soft and smooth, and refreshing in the end. Would make for a great post lawn cutting beer.

Overall, this brew gives a lot of flavor and character in a 3.5% abv package!
