A - Medium gold with light carbonation and thin lacing.
S - Beautiful smoke presence with light malt underneath with light peat.
T - Light malt base with smoke and ending nicely balanced between smoke and malt.
M - Medium body.
O - This is absolutely solid.

Appearance: Clear, deep gold. Fluffy white head with moderate retention.
Aroma: Bready with charred wood
Flavor: Bready, spicy, charred wood, restrained bitterness
Mouthfeel: Medium to full bodied. Drying. Crisp short finish.
Overall: Quite lowkey on the smoked barley. It's bready and spicy. Restrained bitterness. Crisp and dry to the finish. Smoke flavor is low, nowhere near a Schlenkerla but I'm not a huge fan it. I like this for its more understated approach. Solid base Helles beer.

Overall: Quite lowkey on the smoked barley. It's bready and spicy. Restrained bitterness. Crisp and dry to the finish. Smoke flavor is low, nowhere near a Schlenkerla but I'm not a huge fan it. I like this for its more understated approach. Solid base Helles beer.
