Appearance: Cloudy straw gold, fluffy white head with good retention.
Aroma: Herbal and citrus fruit.
Flavor: Spicy and peppery. Lemon/lime like note. Moderate bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied. Drying. Moderate length finish with trailing bitterness.
Overall: Tasty and refreshing. I expected it to be all herbal and spicy but the U.S. Saaz hops brings a notable lemon-lime like note. Moderate bitterness that lingers a bit but is not harsh or offensive. Hoppy on the balance.

Had on tap. Cloudy yellow body with a white head and sporadic lacing. Lemon, grassy hops, cracker malt and garden herbs in nose. Taste adds grainy bread to the same set up in a supportive way. Feel is crisp, clean for style, has shaping from hop and yeast especially, very bright overall.
