Canned on: ?????
Many thx to CarolinaCardinals for this can!
A - Medium bright gold with vibrant carbonation and a dense, bright white two fingered head.
S - Aroma is crisp and earthy with some light spicy floral citrus. Overall aroma is dry on the nose.
T - Crisp crackery / biscuity malt with spicy earthy floral / citrus. Ends with a sharp bitterness that lingers on the palate for a good long time after the sip.
M - Medium body with prickly carbonation and a really dry finish.
O - This is a finely brewed Pilsner and worth checking out.

Picked up from the Zillicoah taproom cooler as part of a four-pack 4-17-26 for $14. Canned 3-24-26; consumed for review 5-11-26. Cold stored purchase.
Beer poured clear solid gold with a nice head that has some great hang time.
Nose has notes of white crackers and bread and some spicy herbal hopping.
Taste is outstanding as the base malts give me white bread while the hopping is very herbal with a nice black pepper finish; 6/10 on my bitterness scale.
Mouthfeel is light bodied and effervescent, with each sip being very refreshing.
Overall, the use of the hops was really well done!
