Welcome to your gateway drug to craft beer. Named after our oldest son, Jackson's Fish Taco is a light, refreshing, easy-drinking lager with just a bit of lime zest and pink Himalayan sea salt. We brew our lager with Pilsner and 2-row malt.

On tap at brewery:
A pretty decent American Light lager that has a little more body than the big boy versions, with a nice lively carbonation.
The beer has almost no nose, just a light grain and a little lime zest at best. The flavor is more of a light malt, with a light crackery flavor and a small amount of herbal/grassy bitterness, nicely balanced. There is just a little citrus in the mix from the lime.
