Nelson Sauvin is the definition of a cheater hop, huge Sauvignon Blanc and rhubarb aroma. We paired it with Mosaic to enhance both its fruity and dank qualities. The base is similar to the first batch of Cheater Hops, but we dropped the crystal malt entirely and switched to malted oats.
