Mosaic Extra Pale – This extra pale ale exudes a blend of dank and berry aromatics from dry hopping with a blend of Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo pellets. The base is a slightly-bigger version of our typical pale ales, with creaminess from malted oats and our usual house fermentation.

16 ounce can poured into a shaker style pint glass.
Canned 7/18/23
L: Hazy orange-yellow, 2 finger white head, foam has good retention and leaves rings of lace.
S: Large tropical aroma, somewhat dank, mineral notes, melon rind aroma later.
T: Sweet-bitter balance, hop forward, resinous and tropical, melon and peach-like flavors, flour malt underneath, mango showing later in the glass.
F: Creamy medium-weight body, smooth to open, medium crisp bite builds to the finish, moderately carbonated.
O: Great hazy APA, big flavor, drinks easily, luxurious feel.
Edit 3/15/25: This has become one of my favorites and I buy it whenever they release it. I find myself drinking it at times of the year when I generally would not drink what I consider a summer beer.
