16 ounce can poured into a Willi Becher.
Canned 02/04/25
L: Hazy pale straw, one inch white head, creamy foam is lasting and leaves patches of lace.
S: Citrus hops, some pale malt aroma.
T: Citrus forward with other more subtle stone fruit flavors, underlying bread flour malt flavor, some sweetness up front, finishes with assertive peel bitterness, overall impression is grapefruit pith and peel.
F: Medium-full body, moderate carbonation, creamy with a peppery bite, prickly feel builds to minor hop burn.
O: Pretty good except for the heavy prickle.

Grabbed a can at Sapwood. Beautiful straw yellow/ gold. Plumy head that rested as thin layer of foam across body of beer with a distinct white halo. Faint nose but rich Azacca flavor rounded with Citra Cryo. Delicious. Rich full creamy body. Overall a very tasty TIPA!
