DIPA DDH with Citra and Mosaic. Citra and Mosaic are two of our favorite hops. Together they provide an intense aroma of green pineapple, melon, and grapefruit. 50% of our 4.4 lbs per barrel triple dry-hopping was with Citra and Mosaic Cryo. Yakima Chief creates Cryo by removing half of the green hop material. The name comes from chilling with liquid nitrogen to prevent the aromatic oils from volatilizing. The result is the equivalent of 6.6 lbs per barrel of dry hopping and one of our most aromatic DIPAs!

Pours a heavy golden color with a head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is tropical fruit, herbs and malt. Taste is pretty much the same with a sweetness that is a little odd. Good beer, different flavor than I'm used to. BOD 11-24-2024 Tavour. Rated 1-23-2025

Rich and chewy, with super juicy hops and and nice bitter balance. Mango and Papaya flavored hops. Really delicious Double IPA as usual from Sapwood.

16 ounce can poured into a Willi Becher.
Canned 6/22/23
L: Pale yellow, hazy/opaque, 3 finger yellowish-white head, persistent foam is thick and leave some lace.
S: Fairly strong nose, hoppy stone fruit and pear aromas.
T: Stone fruit and orange peel, pithy, hints of grapefruit, moderate bitterness and sweetness are balanced, mild alcohol, mango flavor solidifies later in the glass.
F: Medium-full body has a big soft feel, has a layered smoothness, small finishing bite.
O: Very good, I've had a couple of cans of this and a draft pour, the flavor and feel are on point,
