Cheater hops #8 starts with a base of rye, oats and barley. It is then DDH with Nelson Sauvin for white whine, and gooseberry characteristics, Azacca for tropical notes of mango and pineapple, and Simcoe for a touch of pine to round out the fruit flavors. These is also a vanilla sweetness from our house ale yeast.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy orange golden pour, abundant white fluffy head. Soft, citrusy aroma, floral notes. Taste is orange, tangerine, light pink grapefruit, mild soapy essence. Light bitterness that lingers. Juicy, smooth and highly enjoyable.

Standard NEIPA looking brew. Nice head, small sticky lacing. Aroma is pleasant tropical, mild berry and piney. The highlight of #8 is the taste. Every hop and malt is presented very well. Delicately balanced and on the mark. Very light bitterness.. very smooth.. just south of velvety. Very well put together, very well presented.
