500 ml bottle shared with two friends, poured into a wine glass. Pours a light pink with a medium off-white head. Aroma and flavor of grape, oak, vanilla, and moderate funk. Dry finish with just a bit too much tannins. Overall a tasty wild ale.

500 ml bottle at Sapwood Cellears. "Collab with Westminster Winery with Chardonnay pomace and Cab Franc must aged on a blend of oak and cedar to mimic a dry Provance red wine!"
