Two of our favorite pale ales we make are Rings of Light and Danger of Light. Rings, the closest thing we have to a flagship, is a low abv all Citra pale ale that we're proud of how much flavor we pack into that package. Danger, a slightly scaled up version but with Mosaic. Why not the best of both worlds? This beer leads with robust citrusy hop character followed by piney, dank, berry Mosaic notes all supported by a balanced but robust malt base! Are you a Rings person, a Danger person, or both?

7 oz pour at the brewery. Pours a hazy bright yellow with a nice fluffy off-white head. Aroma and flavor feature citrus and tropical fruits with a hint of Fruit Loops cereal and a touch of malt. Mouthfeel is smooth and creamy. Overall an excellent New England pale ale.
