Extra Pale Ale DDH with Nelson Sauvin™ in Collaboration with NZ Hops and Totally Natural Solutions
Nelson Sauvin is one of our favorite hops, so we wanted to hop a beer with it and nothing else! That's Nelson in the mash, kettle, two-rounds of dry hopping, plus a final dose of steam-distilled Nelson oils! The result is a complete and intense expression of the hop's range of aromatics: gooseberry, Sauvignon Blanc, and rhubarb!

16 ounce can poured into a tumbler style pint glass.
Canned 3/8/23
L: 2 finger antique white head, Hazy pale gold, mostly opaque, sticky foam leaves good lace.
S: Hoppy and tropical, hint of cattiness early on.
T: Hop forward, moderate bitterness, notes of citrus and stone fruit, a little spicy, enough balance from malt to keep it out of IPA territory.
F: Smooth medium-weight body, med-high carbonation, soft under a peppery feel.
O: Really good hazy American Pale, think pool beer.
