IPA DDH with Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic
The hop combination from the first Cheater Hops has finally graduated to being a beer in its own rights! Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic are the three hops that have come to define American IPAs over the last 20 years. Despite all having strong personalities, they work together wonderfully. Together you get fruity notes of mango, melon, and berry balanced by dank pine.
