Gose brewed with Salt and Coriander Seed with Pink Guava Added
We love our base gose, Salzig (German for “salty”). It’s a traditional mixed-fermentation with Lactobacillus and Brettanomyces. Subtle, tart, and citrusy. This version with a massive 700 lbs of pink guava is anything but traditional or subtle. The fruit adds an intense tropical flavor and increased acidity.
