Poured from the can into a Spiegelau IPA glass.
Simple straight up NEIPA looking, not bad but not horrible either. Pale lemon yellow and opaque, nothing horribly turbid either but definitely solid. Giant fine bleach white head reaching a big fistful but with control and slow settling. There's a nice big of visible side carbonation of white bubbles in the body, that's a little bit of nice touch for a change to mix it up on appearances.
Big aroma of earthy and grass notes. Lots of green grass and nearly chlorophyl like aromas, but even borders on a bit spicy. Earthy tone also gets a bit stinky in a good way, with a huge pungency. A bit overbearing for some, but a giant rush for others.
Palate is quite a juiced up rush. Big notes of spiced up tropical and a large white wine grape flavor exploding in the mid palate. There's a very nice touch of bitterness to the beer, which makes a great cut through the palate staying away from overly sweetened flavors. Herbal grass finish, with a nice spicy aftertaste that is almost like peppery lime, for a real nice touch. The mouthfeel also hits nicely, creamy, but not sugary, and bold to let the giant earth bomb take effect.
Very neat tasting IPA, and a very different NEIPA animal.
