We took our mixed-ferment Berliner Weisse to the State Fair! We started by sugar-extracting the zest from 110 lemons then we juiced the lemons and mixed it all together for a intensely-lemony, slightly sweet, super-refreshing beer!

7 oz pour at the brewery. Pours a cloudy light yellow with an off-white head. Aroma and flavor feature tart lemonade and a light wheaty malt base. Exactly as expected and surprisingly not thin despite the low abv. Side note, my wife said it tasted like licking a Lysol wipe and she was not a fan. I can see her point, but there is plenty of beer character and I did not get the same impression even after she said that (thankfully).
