DDH IPA with Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo
We love Mosaic hops for their blend of berry-fruity and herbal-dank flavors. Thanks to that range or aromatics, it is one of only a handful of hops that we love on their own! We've brewed Mosaic DIPA and Pale Ales, but this is our first single-hopped Mosaic IPA!

16 ounce can poured into a Willi Becher.
L: Hazy, pale translucent yellow, 3” bone-white head , persistent foam is rocky and leaves sticky lace.
S: Big pineapple and tropical mosaic aromas.
T: Hoppy flavor, more citrus than tropical, stone fruit, bread flour pale malt, peach comes out later in the glass, moderate sweetness and bitterness are balanced.
F: Smooth and soft medium body, medium carbonation adds a slight crisp finish, very clean ,no hop prickle.
O: Really good. great flavor and feel.
