This Double IPA was already citrusy from the hops and creamy from the oats, then we took it over-the-top with the zests of more than 100 Cara Cara oranges, punchy lime zest, plus a bunch of vanilla beans. The result is a big citrus aroma, paired with the creaminess of vanilla. Milkshake-ish, without the lactose!

L: Opaque pale yellow, two and a half finger head, white rocky foam, good retention, leaves clumpy lace.
S: Non-stop aroma of citrus fruit salad,
T: Citrus and stone fruit, fairly juicy with mild bitterness, vanilla, orange zest, only hints of lime,
F: Medium-full body, soft and creamy feel, just enough carbonation to workup a small crisp bite at the finish.
O: Nice IPA, rides the line between IPA and DIPA, big and juicy with lower ABV.
