DIPA DDH with Mosaic® and Simcoe® Cryo®
Simcoe and Mosaic's Second Date went so well to the IPA, that they are headed out again to a DIPA! They are a great couple, balancing beautifully with hoppy notes of mango, tropical fruit, pine, and berries. They aren't ready to go exclusive yet... but things are getting serious!
