Milkshake Pale Ale – Mango Sorbet combines hops with tropical aromatics with actual tropical fruit! Freeze dried mangoes enhance the hops without eclipsing them, providing a beautiful mango popsicle aroma that you don’t get from fresh mangoes. All topped-off with another tropical ingredient, vanilla beans from Papua New Guinea for a rich creaminess without the need for lactose!

Draft pour into a stemless (chardonnay-like) wine glass at the brewery.
L: Pale yellow, hazy, 1/2" white foam cap, decent retention, no lace.
S: Robust sweet vanilla aroma dominates, tropical hop and mango aromas breaking through later in the glass.
T: Medium sweet, vanilla, juicy orange and mango, light citrus hops, reminiscent of a creamsicle.
F: Medium body, medium carbonation, overall soft with a small bite and a minor peppery feel.
O: Good hazy juicy APA but the vanilla is overdone and out of balance with the mango and hop flavors.
