N/A Pale Ale – We combined a special low-alcohol yeast strain from New Zealand with our favorite New Zealand hop, Riwaka! The result is lightly sweet and grainy with a big pop of dank-grapefruit hop aroma!

Draft pour into a stemless (chardonnay-like) wine glass at the brewery.
L: Looks thin and weak, pale straw in color, thin cap of white foam with poor retention.
S: Nose is malty and funky, with a soapy note.
T: Grainy malt, sweet with some light bitterness and a bit of funk,
F: Light-medium body, medium carbonation, kind of flat feeling but more like something is missing than a lack of carbonation.
O: A let down overall, perhaps mediocre for style, fist NA ale I've had, so far lagers seem better suited for this.
