DIPA with Strata and Chinook – West Coast brewers were the undisputed kings of hoppy beers… 20 years ago. You didn’t expect them to take the rise of New England laying down? We borrowed a couple secret techniques from our friends on the other side of the country. Finally we dry hopped with fruity-dank strata and dank-fruity Chinook for a classic aroma (along with some tropical notes)!
