DIPA DDH with Hydra and Mosaic Cryo – We wanted to brew a batch of Shard Blade… but the Australian Galaxy we got our hands on didn’t pass our sensory evaluation. Luckily Michigan Hydra has some of the same notes we love in “good” Galaxy. We get passion fruit candy and a touch of pine to go with Mosaic’s “dank berry”… and no peanuts!
