Imperial Stout with Vegan Marshmallows, Graham Cracker, Cacao Nibs, Vanilla Beans, and Natural Favors
It's a lot of work to make a great s'more! You need to build a fire, find a stick, get the marshmallow nice a gooey, and assemble with the chocolate and graham cracker. We did the work for you with Nicely Toasted! Starting with a new Imperial Stout base that includes malts that bring toasted marshmallow, chocolate, and graham cracker notes. Then adding "real" s'more ingredients to take it the rest of the way!

Got in a beer trade. Canned on 06/24/25 and consumed on 2/20/26.
A&S: The head is brown and fizzy/foamy. It is able to arouse with some swirling. Almost jet black in color. Very thick looking when poured. The aroma is very similar to the description on the can, very sweet (marshmallows), coconut, almonds, chocolate, and graham crackers
T&M: Taste is very chocolate and cocoa forward. The chocolate is dark chocolate and bitter. Some boozyness to it, it is not hidden, about what I would expect. Kinda one-dimensional. Mouthfeel is thick, but not necessarily creamy
Overall: The sweet aroma is counteracted by the bitterness in the taste.

From a can bought at the brewery.
Perhaps one of the darkest beers I’ve ever had. Definitely the thickest, viscosity is part of the mouthfeel. Smooth and creamy, sweet and cloying, somewhat syrupy. The caramelized malt taste like it was red and concentrated. That and the alcohol dominate the flavor profile. Chocolate, coffee, vanilla, molasses are all present.
Very rich and highly decedent.
This beer would be an excellent candidate for adding to desert recipes. The flavor profile is so high and not much volume would be needed, so it wouldn’t water things down.

It's really pretty bad.
It's SO thick and incredibly sweet. If someone made me drink this I would think it was motor oil.
The alcohol is VERY harsh. Yeah it's got some notes of chocolate, coconut, etc but it's drowned out by the sweetness and alcohol. I drank less than 1/5th of a glass before I tossed it down the drain.

Had on tap at the brewery. Pours pitch black with a frothy tan head. Aroma and flavor are as expected - dark roasted malts with lots of chocolate, vanilla, marshmallow, and coffee. This is pretty much the definition of a pastry/dessert stout and it's tasty enough, if you go for that sort of beer.
