L- Pours hazy pale yellow into a goblet with no head
S- Sweet apple, grape, and melon with a bit of honey. the melon floral aroma are likely from the elderflower added to the beer. A slight funk becomes evident as the beer warms.
T- Strong grape flavors leaning into the sauvignon blanc powder that is in the brew. The elderflower flavors dont come through. subtle pleasant tartness and a super dry clean finish.
F- Moderate carbonation and light body.
O- Definitely a unique beer experience. This drinks quite pleasantly and is in no way too sour. Do to the limited quantity realease, I wont likely ever drink it again, but I am glad that I got to try it.
