Double IPA with Citrus Zest and Vanilla Beans added. Unlike the standard version this one was finished with Liquid Nitrogen in the can for an extra creamy mouthfeel.

Nice looking yellow thick white foam head. Hiwevee head quickly disappears and not a streak of lacing. Slightly fruity hop nose. Somewhat hoppy but overly vanilla for me. Expect delightful for others. Quite smooth as expected but still a bit bright carbonation despite nitro. Overall it delivers as claimed. In process of trying as many Sapwood brews as I can. Not a bad beer just a bit too close to smoothee brew, which is not my style.
