Pale Ale with Fresh Lime Zest and Ginger
We love combining citrus zest and hops! For this one we added the zest of 100 limes to enhance the saturated tropical aromatics from the hops (Hydra™ and Simcoe®)! Then we infused it with fresh ginger root to provide a beautiful warming spice, perfect for the cold months of the year!

16 ounce can poured into a Willi Becher.
CANNED ON 1/24/24
L: Hazy pale-yellow, 2 finger white head, persistent foam is meringue-like and leaves rings of clumpy lace
S: Spice and lime, ginger is perceptible.
T: Zesty and very lime forward, notes of fresh ginger,
F: Medium body, high carbonation, crisp over a frothy/creamy feel. A little grippy on the tongue.
O: OK, the lime is a bit overwhelming, it’s missing that big Simcoe fruity/piney flavor that I was expecting.
