A Sapwood smoothie sour... what a time to be alive! We loaded this batch with pineapple puree, and Dole Whip (vegan soft-serve ice cream mix). It's sweet with a thick texture from all of the fruit and the richness of the soft serve. Each sip is like digging into a bowl of pineapple gelato!

16 ounce can poured into a can glass.
L: Hazy yellow, like pineapple juice, 1 finger persistent head, foam is light yellow and has the sheen and bubbly consistency of the head on an ice cream float.
S: Pineapple juice and marshmallow cream, hints of sourness.
T: Big pineapple flavor, orange citrus as well, more sweet than sour, some pastry malt flavor.
F: Full bodied with pulp, low carbonation, finishes clean.
O: Good, but thick more like a dessert drink than a beer.
