DIPA with Simcoe ® pellets, Simcoe Cryo®, Simcoe DynaBoost™ and Simco Terpenes
We brewed this one with just about every Simcoe product we could find to express the depth and intensity of one of our favorite hop varieties! In addition to the usual pellets and Cryo, we also added DynaBoost (supercritical CO2-extracted liquid added to the whirlpool), and Abstrax Simcoe terpenes (all the aromatics without bitterness)! It's the most intense expression of Simcoe we've ever created!

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy yellow pour, small white foamy head. Aroma is a blend of pine and citrus. Taste continues with a combination of pine needle resin and grapefruit peel without being too bitter. Not harsh at all. Fruity with a light bitterness that lingers.
