White IPA with Coriander, Orange Peel, and Pink Peppercorn
Collab with Union Brewing
Have you ever woken up with a vivid memory of a dream, only to have it fade within moments? White IPA was so memorable when it was first brewed in 2010, but it has all but entirely faded from the collective brewing consciousness. It was one of the first intentionally "hazy" IPAs, but it wasn't "Hazy IPA." Faded Dream combines a Belgian Wit's wheat-forward grain bill and subtle spicing with a Hazy IPA's peachy English ale strain and juicy-tropical dry hopping (Galaxy from Union and Motueka from our selection). The balance is unique with both less bitterness and less sweetness than our hazeies.
