Pale Ale DDH with Citra, Motueka, and Zumo.
We hopped this hazy pale ale with a citrusy-hop dream team: Citra brings dank-grapefruit, Motueka herbal-lime, and Zumo bright-Mandarin orange! Each sip progressives with those flavors appearing and disappearing in turn. We're hoping this little flicker of light helps brighten your cold days until the nice weather returns!

This is a very well done hazy. Typical hazy golden color with a thin head. Abundant tropical fruit but complemented nicely with a subtle hoppy bitterness. Lush mouthfeel with ripe tropical fruits. Very enjoyable!

16 ounce can poured into a Willi Becher.
CANNED ON 01/22/25
L: Hazy pale-straw, 3 finger white head is persistent, medium density foam is rocky and leaves sticky lace.
S: Big citrus nose leans grapefruit, hints of stone fruit.
T: All citrus, mostly grapefruit pith and peel, lime zest comes out in the finish, a little sweetness to open but mostly dry overall, medium bitterness.
F: Light bodied, smooth with just enough carbonation to crisp up the finish, becoming creamy as it warms/off gases.
O: Decent summer beer, light enough to session.
