DIPA Triple Dry Hopped with Simcoe.
Our triple-dry-hopped variants have a different "quality" to the hop expression thanks to a final dry hopping in the keg... we couldn't add hops to the can, so we did the next best thing: a final infusion of hops in our new infusion tank just 24 hours prior to canning! The result is one of the rawest, freshest, and most intense hop expressions we've ever tasted! This first iteration highlights the fruity-dankness of Simcoe!

CANNED ON 02/24/25
Hazy pale straw pour inch head comprised of white low density foam, bits of sticky lace.
S: Light citrus nose, watermelon rind.
T: Citrus peel and melon rind, pale malt in the background, bitterness is balanced by but is a bit stronger than sweetness.
