TIPA with Citra Pellets, Citra Cryo, Citra Incognito, and Citra Quantum.
The beer that started our "Acronym" series is back! In addition to the usual pellets and Cryo, that also included Citra Incognito (supercritical CO2-extracted liquid added to the whirlpool), and Quantum (hop oils extracted from our selected Citra pellets)! It's the most intense expression of Citra we've ever created!

Can into IPA Glass (canned Decemebr/2025)
Look: Hazy dark yellow body, pouring a tannish 2 finger, frothy head which slowly dissipated into a thin cap
Smell: Strong hoppy Juicy citrus. Lemon zest and orange pith, and some sweet peach. Floral and grassy hops. medium strength
Taste: Sweetness is the first thing I notice. Juicy lemon and orange. Bitter orange. Hops are a touch danky with a moderate bitterness, but strong i flavor. Finish has some alcohol and and a touch of malt with some lingering orange
feel: Medium bodied, gentle carbonation, creamy mouthfeel. Some alcohol
Overall: Its a alright brew. First triple ive had, I didnt love it but I also didnt hate it

16 ounce can poured into a Tulip.
CANNED ON 02/18/25
L: Hazy pale yellow, thin white head fades fairly quick,
S: Big stone fruit aroma right from the pour,
T: Juicy stone fruit flavor with orange citrus and some alcohol, reminiscent of a fuzzy navel, a lot of hop flavor.
F: Medium-full body, soft and creamy feel, a bit of warmth, lower carbonation, only a hint of prickle.
O: A ton of hop character, great flavor and feel, has a kick but alcohol is less pronounced than expected.
