We paired two of our favorite hops (Mosaic and Galaxy) and dry-hopped thrice for this new Triple IPA! The result is a ginormous tropical hop aroma, with subtle bitterness balancing the malt sweetness. We used the Conan strain to push stonefruit aromatics. Otherwise it’s what you expect from us: hazy, juicy hops, and soft oatiness.

6 oz draft pour at Lures Bar & Grille. Appearance is a hazy, glowing yellow orange with a fluffy head. Good retention and lacing. Aroma is sharp booze, ripe tropical fruit, sweet citrus, and wheaty malt. Flavor is similar; sweet and cloying, lots of alcohol heat. Not well-balanced. Not undrinkable, but not particularly enjoyable either.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy yellow pour, with a soft, foamy white head. Zesty aroma hits your nose with a blast, grapefruit peel, lemon rind. Taste is citrusy, zesty, just on the edge of being tart. Dank notes too. The sharp zesty masks the ABV, which is detectable at the end with some lingering heat
