American Pale Ale with Nelson Sauvin
We headed a little towards the West Coast with this pale ale... but ran out of gas around the Rocky Mountains. It isn't juicy or opaque... but neither is it a classic bitter-piney-caramely beer. The crisper profile allows the dankness of the Freestyle Nelson Sauvin to shine, bringing a more unique white-wine grape-leaning fruitiness than the usual hop combinations.

16 ounce can poured into a Willi Becher.
CANNED ON 04/01/25
L: Yellow-gold pour, slight haze, 3 finger white head, foam is loose and rocky, leaves sticky lacing
S: Hoppy and a bit catty, white grape, light stone fruit and citrus-like aromas.
T: Sharp, semi-dry and moderately bitter front to back, white grape and floral hop flavor, bread flour-like malt flavor, finish is a touch sour.
F: Light bodied, carbonation is on the high side but delicate.
O: OK, interesting flavor.
